Set within mature coastal gardens on the Island's Bembridge Coastal Edge, this bespoke family home was designed to feel as though it has always belonged to its landscape.
The design draws its inspiration from the grand historic properties that define this stretch of coastline: a series of linked, gabled forms in natural stone and weathered timber, glimpsed through mature trees over a gently sloping site.
Inside, the accommodation opens onto sea views across the Solent, while outside, a richly planted garden, created in consultation with the Isle of Wight Garden Trust, reimagines features from the site's historic gardens, all designed to bring the grounds back to life for people and nature alike.
The result is a home built around family, landscape and place: contemporary in its detailing yet deeply rooted in the character of the Coastal Edge it calls home.
