Seven Sisters is a contemporary renovation of a 1930s property in St Lawrence, delivered through a sustainable and sensitive modernisation.
Rather than executing a previously approved complete demolition, our revised design consciously retains the existing structure and ground-floor footprint to minimise environmental impact and protect the surrounding St Lawrence Conservation Area.
The reimagined home features a new first-floor extension under a modernised roof, while upgraded south-facing glazing, extended terraces and new exterior pergolas invite breathtaking views of the English Channel.
Inside, the spaces have been completely reconfigured to offer expansive open-plan living on the first floor and secluded private quarters, including a gym and music room, on the ground floor, blending contemporary living standards with the quiet, semi-rural charm of the Isle of Wight coast.
